Exchange Eligibility:

We offer exchanges on socks within 48 hours of the purchase date. Issued this date, item will not be exchanged.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item/service must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

 

    Exchange Process:

    To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team through  our website or contact us by Instagram direct message.
    You will be required to provide proof of purchase.
    Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request and the approval or rejection of your exchange.

     

      Approved Exchanges:

      If your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on returning the item and details about the replacement.
      Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund or offer an alternative solution.

       

      Shipping for Exchanges:

      Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange.
      If the exchange is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

        Late or Missing Exchanges:
