Non-Refundable Items:

We do not offer refunds on ChillNest Socks. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

 

    Refund Process in case of damage :

    To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team via our Instagram Page @chillnestlb.
    You will be required to provide proof of purchase.
    Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request and the approval or rejection of your refund.

      Approved Refunds:

      If your refund is approved, it will be processed, we'll arrange a date to return product and we refund cash money the same day.
